1. Customer Cancellations & Rescheduling

 More than 48 Hours’ Notice: Reservations canceled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled to a later date at no additional cost.

 Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

 No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled rental or activity time, the reservation is considered a no-show, and the entire booking fee is forfeited.

2. Inclement Weather & Safety Policy

Safety is our top priority. The local environment can change rapidly, and we actively monitor regional forecasts and conditions.

 Provider Cancellations: If we determine that local weather conditions (such as high winds, heavy rain, or lightning) make conditions unsafe for your activity, we will cancel the reservation prior to departure.

 Your Options for Weather Cancellations: In the event of a safety-related cancellation by our team, you will have the choice of:

1. Rescheduling to a different day or time (subject to availability).
2. Receiving a full refund for the affected booking.

 Mid-Activity Interruptions: If unexpected severe weather cuts your scheduled time short after departure, refunds or credits will be prorated based on the remaining time of your rental.

3. Booking Engine & Technical Processing

 All online bookings are secured through our verified reservation platform.

 Approved refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please note that bank processing times typically take 3 to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
